Terms & Booking Conditions

1. Booking

You can book online, by phone or by WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation.

2. Estimated and final price

The price shown when you book online is an estimated total price calculated from your route. The final price is confirmed by our team. A minimum fare applies.

3. Tolls and parking

On international journeys, tolls and parking may be added to the price.

4. Waiting time

5. Flight and train delays

If you give us your flight or train number, we adapt the pickup time to your actual arrival.

6. Changes and cancellation

7. No-show

8. Luggage

Please state the number of suitcases when you book so we can send a suitable vehicle. Bulky items must be announced in advance.

9. Child seats

Child seats are available on request and must be requested when booking.

10. Payment

You pay the driver at the end of the journey, in cash or by card.

11. Chauffeur at disposal

Hourly bookings are charged at €50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. For long distances or journeys outside Belgium a custom quote applies.

12. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. [TO COMPLETE as advised.]

14. Applicable law
