Everything you need to know about prices, booking and payment.
How is my taxi price calculated?
The price is calculated automatically from your route. Enter your pickup address and destination and you see the estimated total price before you book. You never have to calculate anything yourself.
Is the price fixed?
The price shown is an estimate based on your route. The final price is confirmed by our team. Parking fees, if any, may be added.
Do you offer Brussels Airport and Charleroi transfers?
Yes. We drive to and from Brussels Airport (Zaventem) and Brussels South Charleroi Airport every day, around the clock. Give us your flight number and we follow your arrival time.
Can I book a van for groups or lots of luggage?
Yes. Besides our standard car we have a van for groups and for passengers with a lot of luggage. Choose the vehicle when you book, or ask us by phone or WhatsApp.
Which areas do you cover?
We drive in Brussels and throughout Belgium: Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Leuven, Liège, Namur, Charleroi, the coast and everywhere in between. Online booking is available for journeys within Belgium.
How can I pay?
You pay the driver directly at the end of your journey, in cash or by card.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email as early as possible and we will change or cancel your booking. See our Terms & Booking Conditions for details.
Can I book by WhatsApp or phone?
