• Booking data: name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, date and time, number of passengers, flight or train number, notes.
• Messages: the information you send us through contact and quote forms, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use your data

• To carry out your booking and contact you about it (performance of a contract).
• To answer your questions and quote requests (pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
• To measure and improve our website, only with your consent.

Service providers

• Google Maps Platform (Google Ireland Ltd.): address search and route calculation in the booking form.
• WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.): if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
• Email and hosting providers that store and deliver booking confirmations.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4), only after you give consent.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep your data

Booking and invoicing data are kept for the period required by Belgian accounting and tax law (currently 7 years). Messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
